Gold & Platinum Only - Requires a hair sample which will be sent off for analysis, with results coming back within 1-2 weeks. You will discover what foods you are intolerant too, causing stress or weaknesss on your body. You'll also learn what nutrient deficiencies you have, also causing stress or weakness on your body. I will coach you on how to resolve any issues that come back on your food report.

I will calculate your target calorie goals and macros (fats, carbs, protein) for your goals. You'll also discover your specific metabolic type so you know whether you respond better to proteins or carbs, or a mix.

Choose between my Silver (monthly), Gold (3 month) or Platinum (5 month) packages. Each package is automatically rewnewed until cancelled. Alternatively you may choose to get a Tailored Fitness Programme only without the support.
Step 2 - Consultation
Tell me more about you and your goals... The easiest way to do this is by completing my Online Consultation Form below, which I have designed to ask all the key questions I'll need answers to in order to create you your tailored training package.
You're also welcome have a phone consultation or zoom/video consultation with me if you prefer, or as well as completing my consultation form.
Step 3 - Get started below...
All set and ready? Simply select your chosen package below and you will be promted to make a payment to get started. Online packages (silver, gold & platinum) automatically renew after their set period unless cancelled.
You will instantly have access to my Personal Training app so you can take a look around. It will be looking a little empty at first until I have set you up fully with your programmes and calendar schedule.
I aim to get everyone started within 24-48 hours of sign up and receipt of your consultation form / phone consultation. If it's the weekend I'll typically aim to get you set up the same day if I can.
